At CoverPeak, we take pride in offering high-quality custom phone cases tailored to your unique style. Since each case is made to order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and exchanges. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Exceptions for Returns:

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective due to a manufacturing issue.
  • You receive the wrong design, size, or model due to an error on our part.

2. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at support@coverpeak.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and attach clear photos of the product showing the issue.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with a resolution.

3. Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders can only be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase.
  • Once production begins, we are unable to make changes or offer refunds for customization errors made by the customer (e.g., incorrect phone model selection, typos in personalized text).

4. Refunds & Replacements

If your claim is approved:

  • We will issue a free replacement or a refund to the original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process.

5. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier.
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
